Very good gallery. And i like this alot.
But can you help me with something?

I purchased Garry's mod yesterday som I'm a n00b at it:P

But every time i spawn characters from team fortress 2, the are being spawn "dead". Is that usual?

yeah that's normal. every time you spawn a character they come in as a "ragdoll" (unless it is an NPC) so with the physics gun you pose the "ragdolls" the way you want them. I prefer starting with the head or torso first. It's kinda difficult at first but you eventually get better and with that cooler and stranger Ideas. ;)
